“We recently purchased a flipped house which we thought would be like buying a new home since everything was just updated. He let me decide if and when for each issue and then from there created a detailed work order for my approval. Ron was professional, worked cleanly, and was really polite. A&L uses technology to your cell phone to let you know when the repair guy is coming and when on the way along with a picture for safety.
