“We were having some issues with our heater so we called A&L to see if they could repair it. While we got off the phone, the receptionist called a technician to see how we could solve the issue, and the technician told us that all we had to do was see if there was ice in the heating unit, pour some hot water on it, and it should be good as new. Sure enough, there was ice on it, so we used the method the technician told us and, it worked! Great service by these folks. Best of all, it didn’t even cost us a dime!”
