During the checkout steps, they discovered the cause of our previously installed (by others) furnace failure and made the corrections so it would not impact the new furnace. “We were having some issues with our heater so we called A&L to see if they could repair it. While we got off the phone, the receptionist called a technician to see how we could solve the issue, and the technician told us that all we had to do was see if there was ice in the heating unit, pour some hot water on it, and it should be good as new. Sure enough, there was ice on it, so we used the method the technician told us and, it worked! Great service by these folks. Best of all, it didn’t even cost us a dime!”
