“From our first contact to the final startup checks, everyone we have been in contact with has been friendly, knowledgeable, and did everything they said they would. Had a geothermal unit have its final breakdown after only 5 1/2 years and contacted A & L. Ethan came out on Saturday (our first contact was Friday) to quote a replacement system. The contract was accepted and the unit was ordered on Monday. The office had us scheduled for tear out the following Tuesday.
