“Aaron and Josiah were prompt in responding to my situation. My heat had stopped working during the night. When they completed the repair and the heat started back up, the thermostat registered 54 degrees in my house. I can only imagine what it was before I started a fire in the fireplace, turned on a space heater and fired my oven up to 375. It was brisk to say the least! Aaron went to great lengths to ensure the repair was done properly and worked effectively. As well, he answered my questions and ensured my understanding. “I saw an advertisement for A & L online, and called them to get a quote on replacing both of my dated AC units/furnaces. Was called very promptly to set up an appt for a quote, and received the quote the very same day. The salesperson, Ethan, wasn’t pushy at all and was very informative on all the products they had to offer. We discussed what was best for my particular house, and installation began within a week. The upstairs ac unit was a nightmare for them to install, but we never heard a single complaint as they worked through the process. They cleaned up each day, and communicated everything that needed to be done the next day. They finished the job in the time they said it would take, and then followed up to make sure everything was great! Very detailed work, and very pleased by the professionalism by everyone that showed up at my house. I would highly recommended them for any future jobs/repairs/replacements you need!
