“I saw an advertisement for A & L online, and called them to get a quote on replacing both of my dated AC units/furnaces. Was called very promptly to set up an appt for a quote, and received the quote the very same day. The salesperson, Ethan, wasn’t pushy at all and was very informative on all the products they had to offer. We discussed what was best for my particular house, and installation began within a week. The upstairs ac unit was a nightmare for them to install, but we never heard a single complaint as they worked through the process. They cleaned up each day, and communicated everything that needed to be done the next day. They finished the job in the time they said it would take, and then followed up to make sure everything was great! Very detailed work, and very pleased by the professionalism by everyone that showed up at my house. I would highly recommended them for any future jobs/repairs/replacements you need! On a 1-5 rating, they would definitely be a 10!!! Thank you!”

“A&L HVAC recently replaced our heat pump compressor and air handler (inside & outside units). Every step in the process was great. Aaron Sweetwood, owner, came to our home and presented 5 options. Additional sales reps are employed (Sherrie for one). Amos was the lead installer. The complete process from initial contact to final cleanup was great. We also have a maintenance contract for 2 units. Maintenance employees are 5 star. Without going into detail… they take all of the time necessary, and are the most thorough ever used. Response time for service calls has been exceptional even on weekends and once on a holiday. Thank you Steven and Ron. They also service units at 2 commercial buildings. Bryant authorized dealer, but they have serviced Rheem and Carrier for me also. First used them for troubleshooting at an office building. They found and fixed what others could not. Courtesy, professionalism, timeliness 5 star. Knowledge, expertise, workmanship 5 star.”
