“We recently purchased a flipped house which we thought would be like buying a new home since everything was just updated. Instead, upon taking the first bath, water came up through and under the toilets and the tub would not drain ( I did have it inspected). I called A & L Heating and Air, who I have used solely for over 15 years and am grateful that they started to do plumbing also. Ron came out and gave it a look over and we eventually had to replace the sewer line to the road along with resetting a toilet and many other repairs to improperly installed plumbing. Ron clearly explained the problems, the different ways that they can be resolved and how much each option would cost. He let me decide if and when for each issue and then from there created a detailed work order for my approval. Ron was professional, worked cleanly, and was really polite. A&L uses technology to your cell phone to let you know when the repair guy is coming and when on the way along with a picture for safety. I would highly recommend A&L Heating and Air, and plumbing to the folks in Blount County.”

And Mr Timothy Holler, the technician, was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, respectful, clean and cared about my dog! He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and made the necessary repairs. He also walked me through what I could do if it happened again. And another thing I really liked about this company, is that he didn't try to sell me anything else. I have had other HVAC companies try to do that.
