“Fan in the air handler not running and compressor not running. Called in at about 8:15 AM and was told a repair tech. would be here “mid-day”. At about 9:15 AM the tech. called me and said he would be here at about 9:30 AM. He did some trouble shooting and quickly found a capacitor in the outside unit was not functioning. He had one on the truck and quickly installed it and the unit came to life. He also checked the filter in the air handler and advised that I change it. I had one ordered and it arrived three days later and I changed it out and our house is nice and cool during the 90+ temperatures that we have recently had. The tech. was very professional and quickly found the problem and rectified it. We are quite happy wit A&L and their quality work.”
