“I was very impressed with the attitude and expertise of Steven Smith. I am probably more critical of technicians as I retired from the HVAC service industry after 48 years in the trade. I have not seen many technicians with only 5 years of experience with his knowledge and attitude. The companies programs and sales approach are reasonable and realistic.

“From our first contact to the final startup checks, everyone we have been in contact with has been friendly, knowledgeable, and did everything they said they would. Had a geothermal unit have its final breakdown after only 5 1/2 years and contacted A & L. Ethan came out on Saturday (our first contact was Friday) to quote a replacement system. The contract was accepted and the unit was ordered on Monday. The office had us scheduled for tear out the following Tuesday. Completed the job on time and left the site pristine, organized, and better than they found it. We Highly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs.”

“I saw an advertisement for A & L online, and called them to get a quote on replacing both of my dated AC units/furnaces. Was called very promptly to set up an appt for a quote, and received the quote the very same day. The salesperson, Ethan, wasn’t pushy at all and was very informative on all the products they had to offer. We discussed what was best for my particular house, and installation began within a week. The upstairs ac unit was a nightmare for them to install, but we never heard a single complaint as they worked through the process. They cleaned up each day, and communicated everything that needed to be done the next day. They finished the job in the time they said it would take, and then followed up to make sure everything was great! Very detailed work, and very pleased by the professionalism by everyone that showed up at my house. I would highly recommended them for any future jobs/repairs/replacements you need! On a 1-5 rating, they would definitely be a 10!!! Thank you!”
