“Everyone at A&L went above and beyond, making this experience the best possible. I highly recommend this company for all of your Heating/Air needs. We had our unit completely replaced& Ethan was able to give us step by step on what unit to use and the pros and cons of the many different units. Steven & David did our install in 2 days— record time! They were highly professional & by the end of the install was like family. I have lots of kids so they were all in their bubble the whole time & these guys never missed a beat and treated them with respect. If you want a company that is honest, trustworthy, and diligent in their work ethic I absolutely recommend this company! 20/10 will recommend to anyone needing service.”

“From our first contact to the final startup checks, everyone we have been in contact with has been friendly, knowledgeable, and did everything they said they would. Had a geothermal unit have its final breakdown after only 5 1/2 years and contacted A & L. Ethan came out on Saturday (our first contact was Friday) to quote a replacement system. The contract was accepted and the unit was ordered on Monday. The office had us scheduled for tear out the following Tuesday. Completed the job on time and left the site pristine, organized, and better than they found it. We Highly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs.”

“I saw an advertisement for A & L online, and called them to get a quote on replacing both of my dated AC units/furnaces. Was called very promptly to set up an appt for a quote, and received the quote the very same day. The salesperson, Ethan, wasn’t pushy at all and was very informative on all the products they had to offer. We discussed what was best for my particular house, and installation began within a week. The upstairs ac unit was a nightmare for them to install, but we never heard a single complaint as they worked through the process. They cleaned up each day, and communicated everything that needed to be done the next day. They finished the job in the time they said it would take, and then followed up to make sure everything was great! Very detailed work, and very pleased by the professionalism by everyone that showed up at my house. I would highly recommended them for any future jobs/repairs/replacements you need! On a 1-5 rating, they would definitely be a 10!!! Thank you!”

“Been homeowners for 20 years. We JUST used A & L Heating and Air after using a couple of other local company over the years. After seeing A & L recommended on a local site & suggestion page by another HAPPY customer I decided to give them a try. I was BLOWN away by the level of quality of this company on every level every step of the way!!!! From the courteous & knowledgeable office staff to the installers everyone was professional & helpful! I truly wish ALL services and fields of the service industry (electricians, plumbers, contractors, etc…) had experts set up to the level of professionalism as A & L (NOT JUST A CREW) as this company with the same quality of customer service they provide! We had a brand spanking new unit installed 6 years ago by a another heating & air company. I was paying that same company to have yearly "maintenance" on my unit (or so i thought) but it turns out i was being charged for services they weren't actually doing (found that out the hard way). The company sold me a unit 1 ton too large for my home and when replacing my duct work not only layed it out wrong to a fault they installed 3 different size ducts interfering with air flow and taking an unfortunate toll on our unit. With this "other" company NOT properly maintaining our unit and the poor movement of air we have struggled to properly heat and cool our home with our new unit. We chucked it up to East Tennessee conditions. Come to find out my heat condenser in our practically new unit is almost rusted through and will fail soon. This is an issue that SHOULDN'T have happend so soon in it's young life. Do yourself a favor and call A & L Heating & Cooling! You WON'T be sorry you did! Above i had to chose a service but we had our unit maintained, Duct work replaced, and a ductless mini split installed. I was able to evaluate the business in the following areas: repair, maintenance, & installation. For the first time in YEARS we've had adequate heating & air, even in these harsh Tennessee conditions! I actually get COLD in my house now! My only regret is not finding A & L SOONER!”
